Good Morning Everyone,
So yesterday was “Pi” Day and today is The Ides of March. Yesterday at Fresh Market we had a discount on Apple Pies! That was cool. It seems that Casey is consistently giving me Noon to 5 shifts. I think that will work. That allows me to get to a 5:30 meeting if I choose to do that. I’m still going to most 8AM meetings. So today, I’ll be going to the 8AM meeting, then work at NOON and then the Naples Group at 6:30. Next week I’m working Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I’ll need to leave early from Intergroup on Friday. I am still enjoying Fresh Market. I still get befuddled at times. Like yesterday, I charged a guy $40.11 for Shipping. He caught it before I finished the transaction. Casey figured it out. I put in the code for bananas 4011 and must have touched the “shipping” key by mistake. So that was interesting! I had trouble with a check yesterday, but that was because it was over $150 and I don’t have authority to do anything with that – needs a manager. Most of the day went smoothly. I got stiff yesterday and intended to go to the 6PM meeting, but decided to stay home instead. Watch “Lady Bird”. I have to remember to go by Suzee’s this morning to check her calendar. Note to self.
I’m using Alexa now to write my shopping list to the grocery store. It’s pretty cool. All I have to say is “Alexa, put coffee on my shopping list” and she puts it on it and I open it up on the Alexa app on my phone. It’s cool. I’ve also ordered from Amazon using her. I haven’t used her to make a phone call yet. That will be one day.
I bought the coolest windmill sculpture for the garden. Let me see if the picture is on here: I have to send it to my email and then download it. I’ll get back to that.

The really cool thing about it is that it has a solar light on it that changes color at night. It’s really cool! I am impressed by it. I bought it at Amazon having gotten the idea from the Botanical Garden the other day. It was much cheaper from Amazon and it is so cool. I was going to put it on the front walk, but I decided to put it in the back yard so I can see it from inside the house sitting on my couch or from the table where I eat lunch. It is fascinating to watch.
So my newest addiction is “Monster Busters”. I got hooked on it when I went to Arizona with Deb. She was playing it. Now I’m doing it. Both on my phone and on my iPad.

It is very relaxing. When I get finished with it, I go on to Solitaire. That also relaxes me. It puts me to sleep.
I’m going to go get dressed now. Planning to go to the 8AM meeting, then to Suzee’s and then I’ll come back to continue on this.
Stopped by Suzee’s this morning. All is well with Midnight. She is so cute! Little like Metaxa.
I did a 5th Step with Suzan the other day. I’m glad we did that. She is my new sponsor. I like her. She lives off of Manatee Road on the way to Marco. Has an “older” single wide. It is pretty cool. Has some interesting components, like a back yard and a sun deck. She and Betty have a little travel trailer under the car port. They had a Miata car, but it was destroyed in the flood we had due to Irma. Now they have to share a car. Betty is working as a server at Windstar. Suzan doesn’t work. I don’t think she is quite my age. They have a place in the mountains somewhere – New Mexico I think. So they are not here the entire year.
