Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
That was the picture I posted on FB this morning. It’s a beautiful day out here in the wild, wild WEST! Jack and I will have Thanksgiving with Bill and Cathy & Rich. We’re bringing apple pie and shrimp cocktail. We’ve also got a bottle of wine
I finally finished my puzzle:
I am waiting for the meeting to start. Right now it’s just me and Brian. I hope others come.
It took about a month to finish it. But I had all of the pieces so it was fun. Jack helped a bunch! It just took forever to do it since we’ve been busy getting to know each other. Going back and forth to Tucson for various reasons.
So we’ve been sharing space between Jack’s house and mine. Here is a picture of his home:
Those are the most comfortable Lazy Boy chairs. I love his wood floors! We have a great time together. It’s definitely a “God Shot” that we have found each other at this late time in our lives. It’s just amazing and I’m so grateful!

We had a wonderful turkey (breast) dinner yesterday at Bill and Cathy’s. They did most of the work. They cooked the turkey, sweet potatoes, stuffing, and green beans. We brought shrimp cocktail & apple pie. Rich brought homemade ice cream. It was a super time and a lovely dinner.
We went to the Crafts Fair on Saturday the 27th at CT-RV. This was our best deal!
I wanted it for my house, but it really fit perfectly at Jack’s. Not bad for $20! We’re going to buy a metal lampshade in Tucson on Tuesday when we take B & C to the Mexican restaurant and gift shop. That should be fun!
Here is the light I want by my door. Jack is cute too!
We’re not quite sure how to install it so I didn’t buy it. We’ll be back next week so if it is there, we’ll buy it. Going there for my birthday!
