I am on a journey now that I have become a “retiree”. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo which could pull up to 5,000 pounds. I had also purchased a T@G 5 Boondock Edition, Camper Trailer. It was the first time I had ever pulled anything behind a vehicle. (Known in the RV community as a TV (tow vehicle) ). I then bought a Motor Home – it was a 2005 Born Free 24RB. It had a “rear bath” so now I needed to sell Olivi@. I sold Olivi@ to a nice man who drove down from Atlanta to pick her up! My new motorhome’s name is Ms. Days Ease, Daisy for short, because I’ll be “drivin’ Miss Daisy”! I have now traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a Jeep Wrangler so I can tow it behind Daisy 4 down. Life is interesting! It is a learning experience & I’m hoping you’ll come along for the ride! Now in 2021, I have sold Daisy to a nice woman who lives in Wyoming and I have bought a 2021 Winnebago HIKE. It’s a 20′ trailer that is like towing OLIVI@ only a little larger. I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (Half ton) to pull her on adventures. We are now Mama Bear and Papa Bear (Baby Bear is my storage trailer that is under my carport). Learning to back her into her parking space at home in Benson is a challenge. More will be revealed! As an update in 2022. I have sold my Winnebago HIKE and my Silverado Truck. I re-own Daisy and I have a JEEP Sahara to tow behind her. Judy, the woman who bought Daisy needed to sell her so I bought her back. I’m much happier with her. She is doing great – renamed DAISEE2 and she now has that for a license plate. As an update in 2023. I sold Daisy BF to a wonderful woman from Texas. I bought a 2022 Thor Motor Home Chateau 22E. Now I think that is all I’ll be doing with motorhomes for the “rest of my RVing life”. But more will be revealed.
