Starting a new blog today. We just did this:

Jack wanted a new rug for the living room and bought this one through EBAY, but Amazon delivered it yesterday with a bit of drama. Anyway, we moved the rug we had in the living room to the dining room. At first I didn’t think I would like it, but now that it’s moved, I really like it. The bigger rug in the living room makes a big difference. It’s softer than the other one – the other one is a flat one and the larger one has some softness to it. Zena’s hair will be all over it soon!

This was on my computer today – it was from 5 years ago while I was “camping” on my lanai in Florida!

I keep trying to embed a link to the video of Jean driving away with Olivi@ and I can’t get it to work! It is really cute – you’ll just have to believe me!

Learned about this speech by Sandy Beach today in our meeting. It’s over an hour, but is really great. I believe he was at Serenity by the Sea when he gave this speech and Jerry E introduced him. I think I may have been there – at least I hope I was!

Bill and Cathy camping!

I’m obsessing about an A/C for Jack’s office. It is SO HOT in there for him. Anyway, I’ve tried a couple of things that haven’t panned out, but this one looks good and I think it is portable enough to take in Daisy as a back up if ever needed.

Here is a video review of it:

A/C Portable Units. The smaller one would work but is more expensive and the larger one has more BTU’s so it would be better I think. We can vent it out his window in his office. We’ll see. Jack doesn’t want it.

When it cools off, I want to go kayaking here:

I could go to Usery Mountain Regional Park to camp and then drive over to kayak. Maybe something to do in the fall and winter.

I need to get Daisy weighed. I’ve been looking for the CCC. Finally found it on the passenger door:

Went back to my blog in 2010 over July 4th and I was in SanAntonio at the 75th AA Convention.

At the Alamo Dome on July 4, 2015 – me and 60,000 of my closest AA Friends!

Happy 4th of July!

I put this on FB this morning!

Here is our flag for today:

I am so happy with our home here in Mesa. When I get used to the heat, I’ll love it even more. By then it will cooler temperatures and I’ll need to start all over again getting used to the heat. Anyway, it’s a great house for us. Easy care and small spaces. I’m enjoying having the hummingbirds come to our feeders. We’ve put away the other feeder because the doves are a PIA!

I was looking through other blogs and ran across this picture:

These were the rangers who helped me turn Olivi@ around when I was directed by my Garmin down a deadend road back in 2018.

So they’ve come out with a completely electric RV. At first when I heard about them, I dismissed them, but now that I’ve seen this, I’m intrigued: This one is the Lightship:

This is a walk through!

Lightship walk through.

This is another one – the Pebble. I like the Lightship better because it is all American:

Still obsessed by Taylor Swift:
