Since I’m back from my excellent adventure to The Grand Canyon, I thought I would start a new blog. Yesterday, I was watching YouTube videos about the debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris. She did really well – much better than I expected, but there are all kinds of theories about how she was wearing an earpiece and was being given clues about what to say. Anyway, who knows if that is true or not, but she did come out doing pretty well. Of course Trump said he won and her side said she won so who knows. BUT, I ran into this YouTube Video (it’s long) that explains A LOT about the Democratic machine:

Today is Card Bingo. I’ll be doing that at 10:30. I really like playing it. It gets me out of the house which is always good.

I found this great video on YouTube about 911. I’ll watch it every year as a reminder of what our country experienced on that day. I should never forget! I learned a lot from this video that I had not known before.
Beginning this again on Monday, September 16, 2024. Yesterday, another shooter was looking to assassinate Donald Trump on his own golf course in Palm Beach. At least they didn’t kill they guy and they have him in custody. Maybe they’ll learn something from this guy. CRAZY WORLD we live in right now!
Today is Wednesday, September 18, 2024. I’m up so I can go to our meeting. On Sunday, we had our business meeting after our meeting that only had Jeff and me at it. Then it was only us at the Business Meeting also. SO we have come to the conclusion that our meeting has run its course. So by October 1st we will close the meeting. It’s too bad, but I’ll find other on line meetings and will probably try to go out to F2F meetings here in Mesa. There is a clubhouse a few miles from me on MAIN. Time will tell, I’ll keep you posted!
Beginning this again on Thursday, September 19, 2024. It is in the 70’s for the second day in a row. I’m going to go for a walk this morning for the first time since May. I don’t think these temperatures will last, but I’ll take what I can get!
Saw this carport on my walk this morning. I wonder if Jack would agree to get this to cover the Jeep from the sun. I guess I could get a quote for it.
Yesterday, Metaxa and Zena rested with me on the couch. I think Zena will be a good lap cat one day!

I went to the dentist yesterday to do the first of my DEEP CLEANING. My hygienist was Maria and she was very good. SO I set up my second appointment with her for today. I wasn’t so sure it was a good idea to do them 2 days in a row, but this morning my teeth feel fine so I think it is a good thing. I’ll set up my regular cleaning in about 3 months so I NEVER need to do this again. The second cleaning went pretty well. It didn’t seem to hurt as much. So I’m glad that is over!
