RV Life with DAISEE2 #53 Wednesday, June 14, 2023

Good Morning Everyone. One more week and I’ll be on the road again to Show Low with RVW. Really looking forward to it. Just love those little weekend getaways. It’s a really fun project and now I’ll have a record of all of my life since moving out here in 2019. Lots of things have happened with my life since then. This has turned out to be 4 pages of activity. It’s great to see how I’ve progressed since my retirement. I love my life!

This morning I got this cute picture from Dick:

Look at the size of those eyes! Heartmelters!

Dick also sent me this pictures of flowers near his home:

Poppies in Connecticut

Jack and I came up with an new decorating idea – a solar generated water fountain for the back yard. It’s a work in progress right now – it’s not connected to electric – need extension cords – but it’s a Talavera Bird Bath. It looks so cool!

Love this – can’t wait for the birds to discover it!

Here is another picture with the sun on it!

I follow a guy on YouTube named Eric – aka Nomadic Fanatic. He has bought open and in Show Low and is setting it up as his home base. It’s been fun watching him. I began to watch him because he traveled with a cat named JAX who looked like Metaxa. Jax passed away a while back and he has 2 cats now, one that looks like Metaxa and an orange and white long haired boy named Opie. So adorable. Anyway so he just got himself a puppy.

He is so adorable. Got him just in time to celebrate Father’s Day! It will be fun watching him train this little puppy. So far he’s been sharing pictures of him on Patreon. I’ll live vicariously through this because I’d love to have a dog, but with the fail I had with Buster, I doubt I’ll ever get one.

It is now Monday, June 19, 2023. It’s a holiday today so we’ll not get mail which is one of the highlights or our day. Oh well. I leave on a trip with Daisy in 2 days. Getting excited now. There is a balloon fest in the area so that might be fun to attend. It might be fun to try to find Eric out there, but I’ll probably try it in July when I go again and have my Jeep with me.
