Good Morning! We took a trip down to Green Valley yesterday and Karl had been working really hard to complete the drywall repairs. Here are pictures of his work with Chris: Before:

It’s going to be a big clean-up. We’ll probably go down on Monday to check it out. Karl said he will be done today. I hope so. Then we can begin bringing stuff down in earnest with each trip. The plan is to move the Monday and Tuesday after Thanksgiving. They may try to do it in one day, but that would be A LOT! We’ll see. Anyway, it’s getting exciting. I just love the area down there. It is so much more relaxing than MESA. I feel we’re in the desert!

I think they have done a great job. And we saved about $1000 on the job. I think we’ll probably use Karl to paint the outside of the house in a year or so. The sooner the better, but I’m waiting to see how this house in MESA sells. We actually have a showing (the first one) on Saturday at 2PM. Clean up and kitty cleanup too. They will be in DAISEE2 for the showing!
