Hello Everyone,
I woke up thinking about trying to get a link on my website to my brother’s blog. I’ll have to think about that and do it so we can “talk back and forth” in cyberspace. I think it will need to be a separate page so it won’t “go away” like these posts do. Sounds like a little project in the making.
I only have 2 more work days and then I’m off on my adventure. I’ve counted up the cat food cans and we have enough for my time away. Jackie is coming over to visit with them and feed them. I will miss them while I’m gone. But they’ll be fine. I’m now wondering if I can ask her to water that ever thirsty plant I water almost everyday! If I had known it was going to take so much water, I would never have offered to “adopt” it from my cousin Dick. It also, doesn’t get any rain water because it is under the roof eave and it really has to be coming from the east if it is to get any rain. It has really grown since they brought it to me and I took a picture of it to show them. But still, it is a PIA.
Still haven’t written down my list of packing items. I have a little pad of paper that I write down my clothes for my trips and each time I go anywhere, I thumb through the pad and remember my little trips to various places. It’s silly, I know, but it is fun to remember my travels – since they are few and far between. I’ll probably do it tonight, so I don’t wait until Wednesday to do everything. I did my ironing last night. Procrastination is one of my character defects.

So I can’t say I “always” have a brown thumb, although I do nothing but water the plant, Mother Nature takes care of the rest!
