Good Morning World,
It’s 4th of July Weekend. I have Monday the 4th off. I had a great week last week because Lily was gone for 3 days. I love Lily but sometimes she gets a little intense. She mostly leaves me alone. But there are times that I get all nervous around her. But I guess that is because she is the “boss”. So I was able to get things done that I wanted to do. I’ve even begun the project of my “videos” for my successor. Additionally I’ve put files in storage by year and I’ve done 7 storage bins. The area is getting a little crowded and I can’t lift the boxes any higher. They get pretty heavy with all those records in them. But perhaps the Chateau will be taking out their boxes soon and we can rearrange the place a little. I can’t get into the file cabinets and I need to do that in order to make them available for the files that are still out in the area. Oh well, it’s progress not perfection, but the idea of storing them by year is a great one – thank you Jackie!

So the other day Ale posted a picture of her with her motorcycle and I got to thinking how much her motorcycle (which she probably rides about 100 mph) and my scooter look alike, here let me show you:

Now that I think about it, I think I’ll change my profile picture on FB back to the one with me and Red2. I’ll be right back!
This weekend I will be going to the 8AM meeting. Mike chairs. I hope Chuck will sit by me again. I love that guy. He is so full of wisdom and so cute!
Then I’ll go to Food Angels. Since Tracey won’t be there, we’ll need someone to take the food to St. Matt’s. So I’ll go and help today.
I also will be chairing the 6:45 meeting all July since it is my “Anniversary on the 22nd” month. 14 years! Wow! What a ride!

My friend Roy (the one in the terrible motorcycle accident) bought a new motorcycle: Her name is Crystal!

A part of me wants to kick his ass for doing this, but then another part of me thinks the bike is really cool. The really cool part wins out. It had an oil leak and needs to be repaired before he picks it up which is probably killing him right now since I know how excited he is about getting it. Patience is power!
Billy and John are having a cook out tonight. I’m going to go to it. We can see the fireworks from their back yard so we don’t have to buck the crowds at Sugden. I’m a little worried about the kitties being afraid, but I think they’ll be ok without me. Anyway it’s a better way to watch the fireworks and then I won’t be exhausted tomorrow at work.
I’ll continue on. Got to go get ready for the 8AM meeting. See you later.
