Today is Tuesday, July 30th. I am one day away from leaving for 4 days to go the the State Convention at Doral in Miami. I am travelling with Kathy McAdam. She is driving. I still need to go to the store to buy some items for the trip. I don’t want to have to buy food there as I’m sure it won’t be cheap and I’d rather have my own favorites. I’m getting a refrigerator in the room for $30. I am spending more money this week than I want to. I actually thought about cancelling last week, but decided against it. I think I’ll take this out to Olivi@ and finish up. I may even do a video from inside Olivi@ in my garage. So funny.

If you look behind me, you can see the garage door and my flamingo flag. The AC is on and it is now 85 in here down from 88. It is so quiet in here (accept for the AC noise) but is seems so sound proof. Now this picture is one from my new iPhone. Now I’m going to see how it would look from my iPad. Maybe not so detailed. Let’s see:
Both about the same detail. Looks like I don’t know how to look into the camera on the iPad. Anyway, just trying to see which works best. I suppose I should take a picture with this computer now. OK – here goes!
So the cameras on the iPad and iPhone are better, but I can take a good video with the computer for uploading. I liked the way that worked for me when I was at Hillsborough River State Park.
I have been “uncluttering” my home. I think I’ve blogged about it the last couple of times I’ve done this. I like the course. I have done a few things. I’m going to check the pictures I’ve put in the blogs so far.
So I tossed all of this stuff in the trash yesterday. It was stuff from the basket on my counter, my utensil drawer and another drawer by the oven. I think some of the stuff could have been used at artsy-thrift, but I was just too quick to throw it out. I’ll keep stuff now, as I collect it. I’m going to walk through the house again today at some point and collect more items to “toss”. It really is very freeing. I cleaned off a little bit of a kitchen counter and I love that look. I threw away all kinds of dirty candles that had been on my table on the porch. I would never have used them out there and they got moldy and dirty. Next, I’m going to clean the table and place mats out there, Everything gets grimy out on the porch after a while.
I think I’ll stop this for a while. I want to see what is happening on YouTube. It’s about time for lunch too. Today, I’m going to rehearsal at 5:30 and then I’ll be back for the debate on TV. I’ll be back later.
