Today is the first day of fall – September 23, 2019. The last couple of days have been beautiful in the morning. It is only 71 degrees out right now! I’m going camping tomorrow night. I’m taking Days Ease to Collier-Seminole State Park. I’m going to get my new electric bike today. I’m hoping I feel comfortable with it and can take it with me to the campground. I’m going to see how the bike rack fits on Daisy today. If that works, I may be able to put it on the rack and carry it behind her. I just want to be sure that it can handle 60 pounds and I don’t know how to check that. I saw another bike rack that Bob Wells used to hold his bike and I may go back to his video and see how much that one is and then sell mine.
I got an inquiry on Olivi@ yesterday from a woman in Sarasota. I hope that goes somewhere. We’ll see. That would be SO SWEET to sell her before I go to Arizona!
Yesterday I received this:

I found an woman on YouTube that does videos on how to use this and I’m looking forward to using it. I’ve been waiting for Kait’s Cookbook, but I’m not sure that has ever been done, but she is the one that introduced me to this type of cooking. It is really great for me. All of the recipes are “contained” in this pot so no mess on the stove top. The girl also showed a flexible cutting board that keeps chopping contained also. I have those “old fashioned” cutting boards where all of the product falls off the board when you try to scrape it into the pot. This type bends and works like a tunnel. So I’m on a mission to find them. Let me see if I can find them on AMAZON, my favorite shopping center! I’ll be back!

So they are $15 and I’ll get them tomorrow. Life is so GOOD!
I just went out to check in the bike rack and I put it in Otis2 and found some paperwork that indicated that a 2 bike rack (which I have) is rated for 70 pounds so I am all set and I can stop obsessing about that. It also lowers down so that I can lift the bike on the back and then push it up. I may still need to get the one that Bob Wells has. Let me see if I can go to his video an see how much that one is.
I need to find the cover for the bike that he talks about. It is only $15 and he said it was from Amazon, so let me see if I can find it. Paroma Bike Cover – $15 – on the way here for my bike. So great! I learn so much on YouTube!
Now I’m learning to cook in an Instant Pot. Life is GOOD!
Look what just arrived!

Nicely packed – no scratches! It’s beautiful!

Look how beautiful she is with Otis2! Perfect match!

I thought that it was supposed to be charged at least 1/2, but I’m not sure about that. I couldn’t get the display to turn on, so I’m charging it and wondering if it needs a complete charge to show display. I’ll need to figure out how to keep it in the garage set up. I may need to fold it up, but it may fit between Olivi@ and the washer and dryer. More will be revealed. Boy I’ve got a lot to start learning. Instant Pot. Electric Bike. Bike Rack.
I’m going to go to YouTube to figure out how to work the display. I think Lectric Bike has a video on that. I’ll be back! I found the video I was looking for, but it didn’t say anything about the display. I think I just need to be patient and look for the battery to be fully charged. Then I’ll test it. Oh and by the way, I got a Pannier with the bike so that is added to the back rack now. I think my first ride, beside going around the circle a few times will be to Publix. I can ride it to Daisy also. So I may do that tomorrow when I plan to travel to Collier-Seminole State Park for the night. I want to see if the bike rack fits into the back of Daisy – sure hope it does. Then I can put her on the bike rack and take her to the park and have her to ride around the park. I’m a little scared about locking her up. I’d like to feel that no one will steal her. I think I’ll need to figure out a name for her. That is to be determined.
She rides great. The display works great. All is good! Good night!

Very informative. You should get Amazon’s shopper of the year (or century) award!
