Good Morning Everyone. Today is Wednesday, March 4, 2020. I am waiting today for my electrician to come to remove the double taps on my electrical panel and I will also get my roof inspected by the County so that the open permit from 2005 will be closed. These are the two items that I needed to be done in order to go forward with the sale of my place. Although the buyers got a little scared about these two issues, so now they don’t need to put in the second deposit until Monday the 9th instead of TODAY. But I’m confident that all will work out as it should. Enough of that!
So yesterday, Bill and Cathy went to Tucson to pick up OTIS2 with his new tow bar! Cathy sent me this picture:

Yesterday, John Belyea came by and fixed the pipe for Wilhelm. It was great to see that they showed up and completed the project in an hour. So I texted Wilhelm (that is how we communicate) and he responded with this:
I first started communicating with Wilhelm when Irma came through. That was how we could get information back and forth during that time. So I’ve texted him at other times. He responds immediately and I don’t even know what time it is where he is! Anyway, they have lived next door to me since I moved here in 2013. I still can’t believe I’ve been in this place for 7 years! I thought it was only about 4 years! WOW! No wonder I have so much STUFF in this house!
Time to go start packing up today. Waiting for the electrician, Dick & Doug and a mover. Busy day!
