Hello COVID-19 Warriors. Day 112 of this Pandemic for me. I’m ready for it to be OVER! Anyway, today is my 18th AA Anniversary – YAY! Everytime I have an anniversary, I reflect on my life in AA and what it has meant to me and I am so grateful for this program. It has really saved my life. So grateful that I haven’t wanted to take a drink and so happy that I haven’t. Life is good.
So I found this picture on FB today of the Comet that is shooting across the world these days. It was taken in Utah! Amazing picture:
I love this picture! I would never get a chance to take something like that and so I stole it to have it here. So amazing!
Here are a couple of others from Facebook:
And this one is also from Facebook:
Just finished the 8AM meeting this morning! It was great as always – I just love the zoom meetings! Yesterday I went to Australia. Just think how much money I saved by doing it Virtually. This is how you find the meetings:
It counts down the time until the next meeting. So yesterday I went to the meeting at 3PM my time and it was 8AM the next day in Australia, so I could celebrate my anniversary with that group! And then this morning I celebrated in the Morning Reflections group! So much fun. 18 YEARS! Joe commented he remembered when I was just 3 years sober and we were going to the gay meeting at the shopping center church. It was great. My whole life in AA has been great and as Chuck would say “the best is yet to come”!
So Suzee didn’t make it to the meeting this morning – guess she slept in. I sent her this:
It’s a screen shot of a 3 year coin. I texted it to her this morning – Congratulations Suzee! Here is my chip from Jeff! Thanks Jeff!
YAY!
Just got this picture from Bill at Intergroup. Before I let my hair go grey. And Roy was the GRAPEMAN! This was taken at an Open House at Intergroup! Also Mary Pat and Jacky are in the picture:
Grapeman at Intergoup! RIP – Roy Pardee!
I gave myself a gift of the Disney + Channel for $70 for the year. I started watching “Hamilton” today. I liked it but I’m glad I didn’t go into Broadway to see it on the stage. I wonder how much a Broadway Ticket is now-a-days!
Thanks for the extra stickers Bill Strenkert!
Thanks for visiting. Tome to go finish Hamilton! Remember: Be Calm, Be True, Be Quiet!

Thank you my friend …without you I was a lost soul mess. You came into my life as a true friend and never left my side. That’s very rare these days. People say if you need anything I’ll be there for you. Mostly it just meaningless words that sound beautiful at the time but they aren’t there when you really need a friend. I love you so much MB for you are the real deal. You never left my side and for that I am eternally grateful. I am so lucky to have you in my life and to truly call you a real friend. Sending the biggest hug you can imagine and to have the same sobriety date is priceless.
