Good Morning COVID-19 Warriors! Day #194 for me. I hope you are all doing well. Thanks for visiting here today. So this morning we were at the 8AM meeting – Peace & Serenity:
I love it when Metaxa sits in my lap. She always purrs when she is on my lap. Buster wore himself out!
Got a call from Jenn regarding pee pads. NO NO! So they are now a thing of the past. But Buster will not be allowed in the den and my bedroom because of the carpet. So Jenn sent me this pretty picture of Sammy’s crate:
It’s beautiful. Just like her home decor. I forgot how talented she is with decorating.
So puppies like to bite. Buster has razor teeth and he nips A LOT! I try to avoid him when he is “wild” so I let him run and step away. But sometimes he gets me. Yesterday I had 5 of these little dots on me:
So Buster and I are still struggling with potty training. I learned that I need to call it “something” and I don’t like “Potty” so I’m going to start saying “Go Out?” & then once we are out I’ll say “poop”? or “pee”? I just need to be consistent. So that is the hard part. I think it is more my issue than his. I just need to teach him. Ugh! It’s difficult!
Decided to take the advise of my dog trainer and purchase this barrier. It is taller and has a door in it. It is longer than I need, but should fit on a zig zag. I like the door feature and it was just a little more than the one I bought from Chewy. It only weighs 32 pound and it is metal not wooden. I’ll use the wooden one to block the kitty litter from curious doggies and Metaxa can easily jump over it and I can step over it into the bathroom.
It can be configured for an inside playpen also. It is simple to reconfigure. I love that and it will match the other gate I have for the other end of the kitchen.
Enough for tonight. Thanks for visiting. See ya next time!
