Good Morning COVID-19 Warriors! Day #237 for me today. It is cold here in Benson and was really windy last night and continues to be windy today. I got up early to go get the oil changed in Daisy.
So of course, it didn’t end there. Had to buy yet ANOTHER battery – this one is guaranteed for 5 years so it was worth it. The other one was replaced in May of 2019 which was before I bought Daisy. So now all of my vehicles have new batteries in them and they are all to be replaced for free if they don’t last 3 years at least. Daisy’s truck battery (replaced today) is guaranteed for 5 years! They are all self contained meaning I don’t need to do anything to them (like put water in them) so that makes me feel really good. While I was waiting for the work to be done, I was checking back on my pictures to determine all about when I did what. I’ve also discovered a YouTube couple that gives lessons on various techy things and I’m going to learn about GOOGLE Photos so I can organize my pictures in the “CLOUD” and take them off the phone so that I can free up space. More will be revealed! But this is what I sent to add to this blog – going down memory lane:
I also found some other videos which I guess I didn’t up load to YouTube. They are of Wylie and Metaxa getting introduced to Daisy. I’ll go back and upload them so we can enjoy them again!
So that picture was of Domino and Wylie hanging out in OLIVI@. I miss them all!
Here is a picture of Metaxa and Wylie together:
Here is a picture of all 4 of us in OLIVI@! I can’t imagine all of us traveling in her. So glad it’s just me and Metaxa in Daisy now!
Here is a picture of all 3 in the porch in Naples. Domino looks so healthy here!
Here is a picture of Olivi@ and Otis: Where it all began:
Here is the first video of Wylie visiting Daisy for the first time – love her little voice:
So this just happened:
I’ll be interviewed on Thursday, December 3rd at 11 MST – I need to figure out if that is 10AM my time or 11AM before then. Her name is Nina Callard. I’m EXCITED!!!! It would be great to have something lined up so quickly for next summer. WOW! Let’s go YNP 2021!
I’ve discovered a new couple on YouTube named “Geeks on Tour”. I found them on RV Lifestyle and I joined their membership because they have all types of geeky type stuff that they teach. Right now I’m downloading my pictures from my phone to Google Photos. She just told me how to find places on a map by using pictures. Once you search for a picture, you can see where it is on a map and then you can get directions to the location. That would be really helpful to return to places I enjoyed staying at during my camping trips.
This morning it was SO COLD here:
It was in the 30’s when I got up this morning at 5:30AM. I thought I would test out my little Heat Buddy in Daisy to see how it works. Here is a picture of it inside Daisy:
It works great! Heated up Daisy to 44 degrees before I left. Just wanted to test it out. I’m IMPRESSED. I mentioned to Bill this morning that I was cold with these 40 degree temps. He said I need to get used to it because in Yellowstone, it’s that cold every morning in the summer – so now I’m looking for long underwear.
SO that’s it for today. I need to go pick up my Apple Pie for tomorrow’s dessert. Have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING! See you again soon! Thanks for visiting!

Happy Thanksgiving. Great that you are celebrating with family and home made food. We’re going to Paul down in Marco (he’s a certified chef) he makes three different stuffings! At my age, I’m glAD TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE DO ALL THAT WORK!
