Good Morning COVID-19 Warriors. Day # 320 for me. Holy cow………it snowed last night!!!!
The first time Daisy’s had snow on her on my watch! It’s 31 degrees outside and 50 degrees in Daisy. If I was living in her, I’d have the furnace on, that’s for sure. The little electric radiator is doing pretty well. I’m so glad I have the house – it’s 71 degrees in the house. Here are a couple of more pictures of the snow:
And the sun is coming up:
I just mentioned to Diana, in Naples, that I may need to spend some time in Florida next winter. She said it it 72 degrees and beautiful today. Here is her picture of the day:
That sounds like a plan. I know the way now and can stay at the same places I stayed on my way back and forth last year. Who knows. I’m still struggling with my truck, but it sounds like they are going to fix it and I won’t be out of pocket. I’ve decided to delay the pick up of my Mama Bear until my truck is back in my hands. I’ll call them today.
I have 8 people interested in Daisy – at least they have contacted me. I had a conversation from a guy near Phoenix who might have paid $27K. But I’m not sure I can trust him – he didn’t even want to look her over. So I called the guy at Dillon’s (his name is Del but no relation to the Tire Guy). We might make a deal of some sort. He doesn’t have his license yet so I don’t know how that works, but anyway, I don’t really trust some of the people who contact me through FB. I keep getting contacted by people who say, I have cash I’ll come get it right now. Something is wrong with that.
So it started to snow again this morning. Here is a video of it, I’m not sure how it turned out, but trust me, it was snowing!
I did see some of the snow coming down. It’s pretty exciting.
Bill and Cathy went camping the other week and here is their spot:
What a beautiful view. I love the way they are so compact. Not sure I could have been with them in Daisy – not sure I’d get Mama Bear up there also. It’s going to be an interesting learning curve.
I have 16 inquiries about Daisy. No one has pulled the trigger yet. I need to contact the “pilot” to see if he is planning to come by this weekend. The weather has improved – not as cold today!
