Hello World,
So today we are still struggling with the schedule at work and we have to post it today so all day we’ll be doing it. Lily tells me to “chill out” about it. Easier said than done. But it will be done – THAT I can assure you. This week I was the “Speaker” at our Ladies Tea. Becky has a Tea every month for our “Ladies”. She asked me last month to do it and of course I forgot all about being the “Speaker”. So here is evidence that I was there: (it’s a little grainy – bad focus by Becky)

I’m the only one without gray hair. Guess I’ll hold off on that “graying” hair plan I have. That can wait until I really retire! It was a lot more fun than I expected. I ended up talking for about 20 minutes – STEVE take note for August – and I had some great compliments. The ladies loved me. It was nice and I’m glad I did it. Now I won’t have to do it again for a while, although most of the ladies will forget……………
I need to print out nametags for Sisters By The Sea. I’m doing them in batches: 10 pages at a time. That is 60 tags. I have to do 300 or more so they are slowly getting done. Here is what they look like:
Sister’s Name Tags
I was trying to make them a “mail merge” name tag, but it became impossible and now it’s going to be that everyone writes their own name on the tags. That will be better anyway because of “operator errors”. It takes no time to print the tags. I did 120 this morning. So I’ll get them done shortly. We have our next meeting on Thursday the 25th and we can tear them apart that night. I’ll bring them to the meeting and “many hands make light work”.
Now I’m trying to get the “Snipping Tool” to be on the bottom of my keyboard. I can’t figure out how to do that. I think I’ll “go on line” to figure that out. That is how I got the image above. It’s a pretty nifty little tool.
I’m running out of time again. I just want to leave with this sweet picture of my “gift” from the wedding last Sunday:

The more we speak, the easier, better it feels. Then one day, instead of wondering “How can I fill 20 minutes of talking?” it will become time to say, “How can I pare this speech to the one allotted hour?”–grin!
MARY! “Greying hair plan??” MINE got grey all by itself. Hmmmm! More grey on the chin than on the crown. Ha! Like that word “crown!”
Secret (true) I used to color my whiskers a little so they would match the hair. For no reason I stopped–still do not like my “two-toned” hair
I need a “snipping tool” to snip out things I wish I had not written–AFTER they’ve been “sent”…hee-hee. Thanks for posting another brief moment in the history of Mary B. One day, your book might bear the title “Story of Mary” NO! WAIT! That sounds too much like the “Virgin Mary”. Ummmmm…sorry! (Time for me to get away from here…..)

I figured out how to put the “snipping” tool on my tool bar. Don’t ask me how. I just kept messing with it and it worked. Such a handy little tool!
