#231 Good Morning Saturday, July 11, 2015

Hello World,

Started thinking about my AA Anniversary, which is in 11 days.   I got a text from my sponsee reminding me today.  I’ll have 13 years on the 22nd.  I’ll have to keep busy to see the 14th year.  I’m sure it will happen!  Anyway, I found this picture on FB today.  I wonder if it is the “Official” one I’ll be getting.  I ordered 2 pictures through the photographer, but since I’ve done that, I can’t figure out how to “track” it.  I’ll research that one of these days.  I have the perfect spot for it going into my closet, right above the door.  Then I’ll be able to see it every day while brushing my teeth:

I keep thinking about all of the “drunks” in the Dome!  It truly is an experience that is still with me today – a week later.  Now that I have this fund going, Detroit may be in my future.  Still considering that:

Ralph and Heather got me thinking about the Florida State Convention.  They said it was something I should consider attending.  Not this year as it is just after Sisters By The Sea and I don’t want to over AA myself that month.  I still need to get some work done on my “Program” for that.  We had a “rehearsal” for our “Dance” that we’ll be doing.  It should be “cute”!  It’s “funny” right now.  I’m glad to know others in the group have 2 left feet.

If you look closely at this picture you’ll see that Domino is “sharing” his space (the table top) with Wylie.  That doesn’t happen all that much.  They usually keep their distance from each other.  I’ll see Wylie chasing Domino, but hardly ever see it the other way.  Metaxa chases Domino also, but I don’t ever see him “start” the fight.  That’s what I love about the BIG LUG!

I just figured out something about “pictures”.  When I take pictures on my iPhone and send them to my email to “upload” there is a choice of sizes.  The one above was sent as a “small”.  Now I’m going to send it as “full size”.

So now I know.  It’s BIGGER!  Love learning new things!

Well time to start my Saturday chores.  Start the laundry and clean up a little around here.  Then I need to pick up some cookies for the meeting tonight and in between I’m going to go to the “Stuff the Bag” at Clothes Mentor and then take the “leftovers” to St. Matt’s.  It’s a full day.  I think I should go for a walk this morning while it’s still cool out.  All the cats are on the porch!
