Good Morning,

Today is Election Day!  I voted by mail a long time ago.  I also saw on FB (what would we do without FB?) that you can check to be sure your ballot made it back to the Supervisor of Elections and thus, that the vote was counted.  I also heard that some get thrown out at that office, but who knows if that is true!

Now it is only 6 more days until I am camping in Olivi@.  I’m still nervous about it.  I’ve been setting her up and I have a bunch of stuff in her.  Today, I am going to get the extra key made for the water closet on my way to Drop the Rock.  Then I plan to hitch her up and practice backing her into my garage, by my self.  Dick thinks that I can get both the JEEP and Olivi@ in the garage.  I’m not sure.  Anyway, he said he would help me.  I’m not sure I care all that much any more.  I think he likes his cars in the garage because he has such a fancy car – expensive!  Anyway, I think cars are made to outside.  Plus, OTIS doesn’t have any scratches yet, but once I get to camp grounds, I’m sure that will change.

So I will be back later to finish this post.  This helps me alleviate some of my anxiety.  But I need to get going if I’m going to get that key made before I meet with Bette & Suzan.  See you later – plus I have all kinds of pictures I want to up load.

OK I’m back now.  So my new JEEP had been giving me problems with the “Check Engine” light.  I think I mentioned it in the post about my trip to Savannah.  Anyway, it came on again and I thought I better get it checked out before I go camping.  So I took it in yesterday.  The service man John told me it would not cover the thermostat and I had them do the Freon in the AC as it would be due (according to John) in February.  So it was $500.  More than I expected, especially since I bought an “extended warranty” to the tune of $3500 or so.  Anyway, today I started wondering if John was right so with the urging of Bill S., I called Jim – my sales person.  He asked me who sold me the extended warranty and I told him Conrad.  So he said he would check on it and now I’m waiting to hear back.  That was 2 hours ago :-(!

So here are a couple of more pictures of my beautiful Olivi@!

I’ve made the bed and I’m using the tray table for a bed side table and I can put my computer on it.  So I’ll be bringing my computer with me so I can journal about my first camping trip beginning on November 12th.

So here are a couple of others:

Olivi@ in Garage

She is ALL MINE!  I love her so much!

This is what I’m going to use in the middle of the night so I don’t have to get out of the camper.  Bill told me about them.  I should be able to use them 2 or 3 times:

I think that is it for now.  I’m going to call Kevin to find out how to get the TV to work.

That is it for now!

See you next time~
