Good Morning Monday, November 3, 2014

Hello Everyone,

It is another cold day here – 52 degrees!  The kitties are all hunched down and trying to get warm.  They are definitely “FLORIDA” cats!  Their internal alarm clocks are still on the old time schedule but they made it to 4:30 today and maybe tomorrow it will be 5AM before they get me up – we can dream.

Yesterday was a lazy day for me.  I went to church to set up and it was a busy day there.  We had a “crafts fair” and I bought a “magnetic” bracelet which is supposed to get rid of all of the “bad” stuff in you.  Something like that.  It is made of leather with a silver cross and the magnet is the “clasp”.  I’ll show it to you.

Still waiting for it to go to my email.  There must be a better way to do this.  Pictures are saved everywhere and I can’t figure out how to find them other than by emailing them to myself.  Anybody know a better way?  Still waiting – 10 minutes now!  Finally came to the email – I turned off Wifi – I’ll need to remember that next time…..

So lets move on……

I moved my laptop back out to the dining room table.  I was having trouble keeping the cats from walking over the keyboard since they want to be near me and in the same space as me.  At least the dining room table gives them room to walk around and not step on the keyboard when I’m in the middle of something important like adding up Gratitude Tickets etc.  Speaking of that, this is the final week of sales for them.  Our Intergroup meeting will be very interesting this month.  First we’ll need to announce that Terri quit.  Then we’ll need to announce that we are getting “evicted” and have to find a new home in 30 days (28 now).  Then I’ll be collecting all of the money and tickets from the Intergroup reps that show up.  Then after that we’ll be calling people and trying to wrap it up.

We are having our monthly Corrections Meeting tonight.  That’s another thing that will need to find a new “home”.  I hope that Intergroup finds a place with a “meeting room” attached.  Sure would help out a lot of people.  It’s going to be interesting finding a new “home” for the meetings and for Brown Bag.  Plus I’m already obsessing about the website and changing the address for the office on all of the pages.  Well, we all know it is out of our hands and more shall be revealed!

Time to get rolling.  It’s nice to see the sky this morning – no longer driving to work in the dark!  Have a beautiful day today!
