Good Morning Everyone,
So it is 8:30AM and I’m finally getting to this. That is strange for me, but it is Saturday afterall. Of course the cats got me up at 5:15 and they were fed. I started laundry – 2 loads – one in the dryer now, one in the washer. Went for a walk – took 2550 steps. Cleaned my mailbox and my neighbor’s mailbox – they get really moldy. Replanted my “Christmas Cactus”. Assigned 6 packets of tickets to Intergroup for the Gratitude Dinner. Wrote a check to Intergroup for the literature we bought for the jails from Corrections. Printed out the “words” I need to laminate for work. Will take them to the Intergroup office to use the paper cutter to trim them. Will stop by Office Max to pick up laminating supplies, paper and look at prices of laptops – just in case I need one, one of these days! Sent out a couple of emails to friends. Considering printing more tickets for the Corrections Picnic. We’ve sold 50 already and I only printed 200. We’ll need more and there will be those that are “sold at the door”. I think I’ll print those in “Yellow” so we can keep track of how many we sell. Thinking about vacuuming the house. REALLY need to do that. Skipped it the last 2 weekends. Called in my prescriptions to the Pharmacy and they said I needed physician’s OK – I’m guessing (hoping) they’ll take care of it. I’ll have to check. I need to call HOME TECH to have them come by to fix my toilet in the master bath – it is running and running and really wasting water. It finally shuts off, but I think it needs to be repaired and since I have that fancy contract with them……why not? They are coming on Friday. Oh yes, I got my ladder (extension so that I can get up on the roof) and I may clean out my gutter over my porch screen. I think I want someone “spotting” me when I do this so that nothing will go wrong. The ladder is a little heavy and I’m not sure how it works, but it will be a “learning experience”.
So now I’m thinking I’ll print those Corrections Tickets because I can trim them when I go to Intergroup for the Noon meeting and then I’ll have them ready for Polly to make up the packets.
Life is good. Gonna go now to vacuum and print tickets. I may add to this later in the day!
