Good Morning Everyone. Today is Tuesday, March 10, 2020. It is another primary day in various States. I have been streaming CBS News on my iPad. I’m finding it more interesting than just TV. So I’m getting used to not having TV. And by the way, I sold my TV to a woman who is a double amputee for $50. She could only afford $25 at first and was going to send me $25 next month. I texted her back and said no worries – $25 was enough. We had a great conversation by messenger about our cats and she sent me a picture of her 2 Siamese cats which are 2 years old. Let me see if I can get that picture here:

The light one is a “flame point” – I’ve never heard of that type before. She told me that the cat knocked over her other TV and broke it, so now she has a nice new TV! Sweet!
So yesterday I got a rental car:
It’s a $90K Audi so says my cousin Dick who is an expert on this sort of thing. Glad I paid for the extra insurance in case there is an accident, since I would be 100% responsible if there was an issue. I had no idea it was worth so much. I must say it is VERY LUXURIOUS and I could really be spoiled by this. I still like my little Jeep though:
I think this picture was taken before the passenger door got “keyed”! But now I’m not concerned about getting a scratch on it when I go “Jeeping” in Arizona!
SO guess what! I got a text from Rick at CT-RV that they are running a “March Madness” sale and the house I like – #113 – is now priced closer to my offer. I think I’m going to go with it. I might be able to do a simultaneous closing so I can get my stuff moved out west rather than storing it forever here in Naples. I really think that eventually I would like to settle near Bill and Cathy and this will just let it happen sooner rather than later. I’m pretty excited this morning about it. Let’s see if I can get a picture of the place again:
I love this little island! I’m seeing all my “cooking” being done here with my Airfryer and Instant Pot! The floor is a nice linoleum that is the same as in Bill and Cathy’s. I’ll have my rugs to put down in the dining room and living room! Now the decision is to either sell or keep my couches. That’s a biggie decision. Here is a picture of the front porch I’ll try to screen in for Metaxa:
This picture shows how close I would be to B & C’s back yard! That is their retention wall and antenna!
More pictures:
This is the den where my desk will go.
This is the long hallway where I can put my Vallez pictures:
There is also a little alcove in the master bathroom where the wardrobe will fit perfectly. SO I can fit my “stuff” here. NO MORTGAGE though! Insurance and property taxes are much cheaper out west too!
