Day 115 of COVID-19 Life! I saw that on YouTube they are doing a project today called “Life in a Day” and they have invited all YouTube “creators” to submit videos of our days. So I thought I would participate. My first attempt was this:
I discovered after looking at some of the information about uploading the videos that I should have held the phone horizontally. I need to remember that in the future. I always hold it perpendicular because it’s the first way that video starts. So I decided to take another video with the phone held horizontally and this is the video I submitted:
It is a shorter video and Metaxa is sleeping rather than being the “star” like before. At least she is in it. Albeit “sleeping”. Anyway, I was having a very difficult time figuring out how to make it so I could upload it to the project. After much clicking and messing around with it, I finally got the video downloaded so I could “upload” it to the project. So now it is submitted. Here is the first Day in the Life Video from 10 years ago. (It’s an hour long – so if you have time to watch it all good for you!)
So they said it will take about 4 months to edit and they will keep us posted about the film. It will be exciting – the one from 2010 is pretty cool really!
So I got a call from Bill and Cathy – he took a selfie:
He is smoking ribs for dinner. So the picture is blurry and he said it was the first time he ever took a selfie. So I sent them a selfie of me:
I now have a background for my ZOOM meetings. Got it from Amazon and I McGyvered it to the wall in my den. I used one of the stretchy exercise thingys. I don’t know what it’s called, but I use it to do some arm exercises. I’m not very good at doing it consistently, but if I do it, I think it will help with my upper body strength.
