Good Morning COVID-19 Warriors! Today is day 140 for me. Still staying close to home. I’m going to stick around here for a while. Susan and I were going to go to the Fred Harvey Weekend in November, but we’ve decided we don’t want to be in a big group of people right now. I can’t see this “disappearing” like our president thinks will happen – what a world he lives in! So I’ve been watching the virtual Democratic Convention. It’s been great! It continues tonight with Kamala Harris speaking and then ends tomorrow with Joe Biden speaking. I am getting a couple of these from my cousin Dick – LOVE THEM:
There are many Trump supporters in my neighborhood. This is a magnetic sticker that will ride nicely on the back of OTIS2. If nothing else, it will look great on my refrigerator. Not sure if I have the strength (balls) to do it. Time will tell!
So I’ve decided to try to do a 50 in 50 Challenge. It’s to go to 50 meetings in 50 days in 50 States. I started with NY today. If I run into trouble I always have the Florida meetings to use as a state. I’ve done 55 days of Meditation:
It’s been 55 days of meditation – I tried to do it consistently, but I skipped a day on my trip to CO so I had to start the count all over. I’ve now done it for 9 straight days. So this 50 in 50 in 50 is going to be hard, but I’m going to try. This is the app that I’m using:

So, I think I told the story about trying to turn around when I missed the turn on my way back to AZ from CO. I went through a bank drive through and I did hear some scraping, but thought it was my mirror scraping against the window but when I climbed up my ladder I found this:
You can see the black hole in the AC cover on the top of Daisy. I’ve contacted “Lightning Fast” RV service. So they have ordered the cover from Dometic and will come out and install it. So that is “in the process”. Bill suggested that I just tape up the hole and then order the cover myself. But I want them to do it because that way, it will be correct. It’s going to cost me a little more, but I’d rather have it done right. I think I will climb up there and tape the hole to protect the AC from rain. They said it shouldn’t matter about the hole and it won’t mess with the AC, but I still think I’ll tape it. I have to do it after the sun goes down or before it comes up to hit the top of Daisy because it gets really HOT up there. I may try to do that tonight and if so I’ll take a picture of the patch. Come back to see if I did that.
I’m listening to a meeting in Key West. There are over 300 people in this meeting! WOW! I have my phone ZOOM open without video. I found it through the 50 in 50 in 50. So I guess it will work. I went to the Token Shop and it gave me an opportunity to pick an “upcoming” meeting. So that will work well. Then I can go on at any time and find a meeting!
