Good Morning COVID-19 Warriors. Day #156 for me. Day 15 for my 50in50in50. So things are progressing. Went to the 8AM meeting this morning and it was great as always! I’m chairing on Sunday! I’ll try to remember!
So yesterday I cooked a dinner in my new Tovala. Here is a picture:
It was a very healthy meal. Salmon fillet and cauli and broccoli rice with Parmesan cheese. It was delicious and the oven cooked the fish delightfully! I nuked the cauli & broccoli rice and I have enough for another meal. I’m looking forward for the other meals to arrive to check them out. This is really something. Plus this happened:
The oven is connected to my phone by WiFi! Amazing!!!!! Love this!

So this big male Elk is sitting right behind their “covered” wood pile. Just amazing. One thing I’ve been thinking about lately is that I miss TREES! Not many of them around me here. I did notice more trees in Flagstaff. I loved the State Parks in Florida because of the camp sites in the woods.
Been researching places to go in Daisy. Found this place yesterday:
So this place is interesting and close by. I am just realizing that it is still TOO HOT to do much camping right now. I’m doing a lot of reading and coloring. I still want to lose about 5 pounds. Not sure that will happen but I’m going to try.
Time to get going to the trash and mailbox. It’s still in the 70’s right now but will hit triple digits today – UGH!!!

Got it to print out. I’ll hang it on the door to take a look at it every once in a while when I think I need to get in touch with my feelings.
Here is another picture of Sammy – Jenn’s puppy! She sent a little video of him running around the livingroom which is adorable. I’m wondering if I can put it in here somehow. I’ll try! Can’t get it to work, but take my word for it – it’s so CUTE!!!!
