Today is Sunday, October 20, 2019. I will be taking Daisy and Suzee to Koreshan State Park. I’m a little nervous about it, but I’m sure everything will work as it should. I am waiting for the sun to come up right now to put my bike on the bike rack. I am also waiting to make the ice bags from my 2 10 pound ice bags from Dorian. I discovered that I forgot to put my POLAR sodas in the refrigerator yesterday – damn. So they are there now and I’ll be looking to chill them down for 3 hours before I take off at 10:45. That will help. I dried my hair in Daisy this morning. The plug in the bathroom worked fine and I could see in the mirror. So the hair dryer is going with me each time.
I will continue this as the day progresses. It is 7:30 and it is POURING. So I’ll wait to see how the weather progresses. If it’s going to be raining all day, I may wait to go tomorrow. I’ll need to check to see how that goes at the campground. If they will save my site. But then again, traveling in the rains is going to be a thing so I’m going to need to do it at some point. I was hoping the weather would be good today.
So the sun is out right now. I have put the bike on the back of Daisy. I first put it up with the battery in it and then had to take it down to remove the battery. It isn’t easy for me, but it is something that I can do. It will help me work on upper body strength. So here it is on the back of Daisy.
I hope the cover stays on while driving. I’ve bungeed it to the ladder. Not sure if I need to add another strap to the cover. The back side is just tightened with a strap that doesn’t adjust. I think I’ll add another strap to it to tie it down. Remember when the tire cover blew off the Jeep on 75? Don’t want this to disappear. I think I’ll go do that now and take another picture of it.

Suzee and I have decided to go tomorrow, so I think I’ll do driveway camping today and tonight. It is beautiful today. It’s kind of fun to have her in the driveway. I think I’ll take everything out to her. I really should try to weigh her. I’m kind of afraid to do it because I don’t want to know if I am too heavy. I’ll do that with Bill and Cathy. So now I’m going to go to the store and buy the last of the items I need. Then I’ll relax for the day inside Daisy. I may bring a cat or two in for a while! Since the sun is out, I think I’ll put the chargers out in the sun too for a while.

So Wylie and Metaxa and I were resting together on the couch. I am now out in Daisy, hanging out for the day. I’ll go back in to feed the kitties later. Right now I want to driveway camp since I can’t go to Koreshan. Although I could really if I wanted to drive up there myself and then come back tomorrow and pick up Suzee. I doubt I’ll do that. I think I’ll just stretch out on the couch in Daisy and read a little. Life is good!
New plan. The weather got nice. So I’m picking up Suzee in an hour. It will only take us 30 minutes to get there so it will get us there by 5PM which is good. Then we can spend the night and it will still be light enough to set up. So that’s the plan. More will be revealed.
