Sunday morning, November 17, 2019. I woke up at 5 this morning and I’ve put on the heat to take the chill out of Daisy. It is 41 outside and 66 in here. I have an electric radiator heater that I keep plugged in and on all night. The other heater is in my AC unit and it is not only AC, it’s a heat pump. It runs constantly. The furnace on the other hand will blow for a while and then turn off when it gets up to temp, but it uses LP Gas so when I’m plugged in, I use the overhead unit. Bill and Cathy pointed that out to me. Use the campground electric and not my LP!
I got a notice from Verizon today that I’m using up my data. It seems that I can still use the MiFi, but it will be slower until it resets on the 24th. So we’ll see how that works.
Here is a video from our arrival at Jim Hogg State Park:
Today, we are going to visit a couple of friends of Bill and Cathy’s named Lee and Mike. They know them from Yellowstone and they live here in Georgetown in the Del Webb Community. I hope my shower opportunity in here is a success. So maybe I’ll try it now. I’ll be back………..Shower SUCCESS! It was really easy. It’s so small, so I will clean it every time I take a shower so it will always be clean – even with the kitty litter in there. I love the kitty litter pellets. So much better than the clumping type. And Bill and Cathy say they don’t smell anything when they come in. That makes me feel really good. I do have one of these in here:

This shoots out a little air freshener every 1/2 hour. I have them in my bathroom and the kitty litter closet at home. So I’m feeling the “slowdown” on my WiFi. Takes time for pictures to load and edit. But look at this beautiful SUNRISE this morning!

The two people in the picture are my camping neighbors. They walked by letting me know that the sun was rising outside my rig so I opened the door and took this picture! THAT WAS COOL!
So this happened this morning:
I have always wanted my cats to “cuddle”. They never do at home, but maybe in this small space they find a bit more camaraderie. This grooming went on for about 5 minutes and then Wylie hissed and hit Metaxa – but Metaxa might have nipped her first. Anyway, I have it on film that they are getting along on this trip. So much fun to see this.
Well, time for breakfast and then I’m going to go out for a “walk” around the circle. We leave for “lunch with friends” at 11:45. I’ll be back!
