Ms. Days Ease RV Life #62

Good Morning on this beautiful Sunday morning, December 8, 2019. I had a super birthday and we ended up with this:

Cathy has an amazing collection of Hallmark Ornaments. Mostly Santa Claus but I found a couple of others:

And this is the first ornament I’ve put on a tree in many, many (could be 30) years!

It was so much fun doing this tree and listening to Christmas music and watching the fire (although it was on the TV)!

If you look carefully, you’ll see Santa in the camper and a tree also! So this makes me think of the start of this journey in Olivi@! It’s all good and as it should be! Life is amazing!

When I open my computer, this picture is my screen saver! I have kept it to remind me of how this journey started! Only a year ago on Halloween! But this is what I wanted to do in retirement! Travel the country in the RV and visit places I’ve never been and that opens up a lot of the country! So here I am in Benson, Arizona fulfilling the dream!

Not to think I haven’t got the Christmas Spirit in Daisy, here is my tree:

So yesterday I decided that I would put the Lighted Flamingo out in the site for my Christmas Decoration. There was a missing bulb so I was on a mission to get a light to put in the hole. So of course that took us to Wally World. So to get a bulb that would fit, I had to buy a string of lights since they didn’t sell just a replacement bulb. Once back, I put the light in the open hole and it still didn’t light up, so I wrapped the string of lights around the Flamingo and now we have a bright white Flamingo!

When I first bought the Flamingo it was lit with white lights. The place where I bought it would restring it for free if it needed it so I took it in and they replaced the white lights with colored lights so now it has come full circle. It’s now white lights now!

We decided not to go to church today so I know it was OK because this happened:

I think I’ve seen a Praying Mantis 2 or 3 times in my whole life and this is one of them! So cool!
