So today is Wednesday, May 29th. It is a beautiful morning. Only 68 degrees and so pleasant out. I’ve been sitting on the porch enjoying the sounds of the birds and planes and all sorts of things. Metaxa and Wylie have been joining me outside. My porch is still beautifully clean! Let me see if I put the before and after pictures here:
It was so dirty and Metaxa just LOVES to roll around on the concrete and gets that dirt all over her!

So much better! Plus I have to say, this computer is so great – so fast and I just love it! Plus I discovered that the screen folds around to make it a tablet because the screen is a touch screen! Worth EVERY PENNY! And I also discovered that the speakers are much better than the old one too. I shouldn’t “dis” the old computer however, since I’m going to sell it to Jeff!
So today, my day is going like this: 9:30 – NOT-GOD meeting. Then back home until 4:30 when I leave for my Sister’s By The Sea meeting. So far we have the Program and 2 book marks for the envelopes. I’ve made the box to store the envelopes in. We have 165 women signed up for the conference. I’m happy with that. We’ll get some walk-ins, plus there are still 16 days until the conference. I’m going to go to the Hotel on Thursday, the 13th. Will probably go to the Cookie Meeting from there, plus I’ll be feeding the kids each day so there will be some running back and forth.

This is such a great picture of John (and Don the Postmaster). I think the brochure came out pretty well. Now all he has to do is get it printed on decent paper at Kinkos and he’ll be good to go. John is taking me out to dinner for it. I’ve picked the Real Macaw. I haven’t been there since when I was married, so I hope it’s still good. The menu looks nice.
