Good Morning Everyone,
So I haven’t posted for a while. I’ve had a virus in my computer and I took it to Jeff Jones and he cleaned it up for me and fixed a lot of stuff. I’m so grateful to have him available to do this type of work and I feel so much better paying him rather than going to Office Depot and not knowing if the same guy is still working there and if he isn’t who is and does he know what he is doing. All I know is that Jeff fixed my “bugs” and now I am typing this post quickly and efficiently. That is HUGE!
A couple of weeks ago, I upgraded my Word Press to the newest version. I don’t like it “Yet”. I find it hard to add videos and pictures.
I am trying to transition from EARTHLINK to GMAIL. It isn’t easy. I need to think about what accounts and contacts need to be changed. I tried to change it in PAYPAL the other day. I got GMAIL added to the account, but now I’m trying to make it my primary email and I’m not having luck with that. I’ll keep trying. Next, I’ll tackle my bank accounts.
Oh yea. Jeff changed my search engine from MS Edge to GOOGLE. I think it will be fine. I figured out how to access all of my bookmarks and that was my most important thing. By cleaning up the computer, I got some more “free” space on the hard drive. Apparently, this “white” computer is not that “BIG”. But I don’t want to switch to a new one just yet. I’ve been spending WAY too much money outfitting Olivi@. I think I’m about done, but I did buy a little robot that I can use to move Olivi@ into the garage. I saw it on FB and I purchased it for $79 (I saw it before but the price was $299 & I didn’t want to spend that much). So we’ll see if it works and I get it. I never know about those things on FB.
So I am now at the Intergroup Office for the morning and I am trying to upload a picture. I sent it to gmail and I’ve been trying to figure out how it works. I figured out that it was saved in “MYDRIVE” which is a Google thing. Let me see if I can get it to work this time.
Still having trouble with pictures. I sent them to GMAIL and now I’m getting synched with Google Drive. Not sure that is good to do, but it might be. I’d like to “back up” my computer and this may do it automatically. Still learning.
OK so from 7:30 AM this morning until 11:45 this morning I have been trying to upload this picture of Suzan and I finally did it. I think I’ll try the other picture I wanted to add:
