We’re fixing the driveway today. Since I hit the carport with the JEEP we’ve decided to fix the way we can get into the carport. We are getting it fixed today:

We tried to move the mailbox intact but it broke apart so it needs to be rebuilt. It’s gonna cost about $1,000. It will be worth it. When the JEEP Summit comes over, we will need to have an easier way to do it. So this is what is happening today. It will be a month before we can drive on it and Jack will need to water it for a couple of weeks.
I’ll take pictures later of the completed project. Check back!

I think this will be the last project we’ll have with the house. At least I think it will be!
Here is the mailbox from the carport:

That is Keith’s new Cadillac in the driveway. He had to buy it because they are having “marital” problems. He moved out for a month but is back now. Who knows what’s happening over there. We think it’s a bit stupid, but time will tell whether it’s really over. I can’t imagine what it is like living like that. It’s sad because Keith has been a good friend to Jack and I miss their interaction. Will keep you posted.
Beginning this again on Thursday, August 21, 2025. It’s my day to chair the meeting so I’m going to go there. I’ll be back with any updates on my exciting life! There were only 4 people at the meeting today so I closed it early. Now I have 20 minutes to relax and take it easy – I don’t struggle!

During our last rally, we played a very fun dice game called, Left, Right, Center. It’s a blast. This was our group:

Donna won the pot – $15 in quarters. It was so much fun! It was appropriate for Donna to win since we were using her site for our Pot Luck and for games. It was a great rally and I’m so glad I went, plus it was nice to be out of this triple digit heat that we’re having here in MESA!
Ziggy and Zena “sharing”!

This is a picture that Marie sent out of the corn in IOWA. It is her husband, Jim, and his sister:

Marie is one of the only married (to a man) RVW’s. Jim even came to a rally once, although I never saw him – he rode his motorcycle and wasn’t around much. It’s interesting. Now I know what he looks like!
My view in the morning from our front porch:

This is why we built the carport:
