Good morning everyone! Starting this blog from my iPad. I’ve decided not to take my laptop to Yellowstone next June & I want to see how difficult it is to blog from the iPad. I originally thought I’d wait to blog when I got home, but I want to do it as I go since my memory is not what it used to be! So this isn’t so bad. Let me add a picture.
It is a little more difficult but doable! So I guess this is a good plan. It is a lot easier on the laptop but I don’t want to take the risk traveling with it. I’m going to continue this on my laptop! Today, I went to the gym and two people were in there using MY equipment! So my workout was not as good as I wished. Anyway, it is nice to have the gym all to myself. It is one benefit to living in a 55+ community. Our gym is all I need during these hot summer days and I can’t wait to get back out to Usery to hike! But that will probably not be until October. I’m glad I have my 7 day trip to Canyon De Chelly in September. I won’t be taking Metaxa because I have too many tours booked and she would be left alone a lot and she doesn’t like that, and I don’t either. I’m trying something with her. I’ve always given her snacks and her poop is very liquid and stinky, so I’m going to try to wean her off of those snacks. I’ll let you know how that goes. I just don’t want her to suffer now that she is 15 years old.

I’m going back in my blog and reading some very old blogs. Before I bought Olivi@, I tried to rent an RV. I went out to Golden Gate to check it out. This is a picture of the rig:
I remember thinking at the time that it was way too big for me to drive. Funny how things change over the years. It looks like the same size of DAISEE2. But at the time, the only experience I had was with Bette and Suzan’s TAB, so it seemed SO BIG!

My first camping trip with Bette and Suzan in Florida. It was so much fun! That is my driveway in Naples with Otis and Olivi@ and Bette and Suzan’s TAB on the circle. We had a really good time.
We all planned to go to YNP as a family back in 2016 and I had my accident on my Harley and couldn’t go. So in 2019 when I went on my own, Bill and Cathy took a picture of me so Bill could photoshop me into the family picture. So funny!
