Good Morning Everyone,
Last night we went to a new restaurant named Poco & Mom – it’s Mexican – New Mexico Mexican. Anyway, it was really good. We had enough to bring home leftovers for another meal, so it was really worth it. I liked the place a lot. BUT the best part was the deep fried ice cream for desert. I should have taken a picture of it when it first arrived to the table – it was very beautiful and tasted great. Here is a picture of it after a couple of bites:
It’s getting HOT, HOT, HOT here in Tucson. It was supposed to make it to 100 yesterday, but only hit 99. Today may hit the mark though because it’s 74 already this morning as I write this. I’m hesitating to open the front door, but I think I will for a while. I miss the 60’s already. Looking forward to going to Show Low on the 21st.
