Good Morning everyone. Little did I know when I was at Fool Hallow in Show Low that it would be my last trip with DAISEE2. She looks so good here. Today I’m turning over the keys to her new owner – Nancy Rose from Quanah, TX which is 12 hours from here. She is flying in as well as her son and they are driving her back to Texas. Only glitch is that she is 3/4 full and I should have dumped her at Show Low, but I had no idea that a new rig was on the horizon. (Ultimately when we looked again, the gauge said only 1/4 tank so I’m not sure how much was in there afterall). We drove around yesterday for an hour and 1/2 looking for a convenient dumping place. I had thought of the Cactus RV Park near the highway, but they are only open from 10 to 2 and that isn’t convenient. There was a Circle K with a dump station off of Valencia but there was a truck blocking the dump station that didn’t look like it was going anywhere and I didn’t want to take the risk of driving there and not being close enough to dump, so first thing Nancy will need to do is practice dumping Daisy! Sorry about that.
