Hello everyone. This is a new numbering system since I found out that my last blog was #900 since I started this blog 14 years ago. Isn’t that amazing? It’s appropriate that I start this blog today because I am at the KOA in Holbrook on my way to Farmington, NM for our RVW Convention. This KOA is fine – nothing special but the store is pretty nice – good items there. Of course it is along the highway – I40, but it isn’t really all that noisy. We’ll see how it goes tonight when I try to sleep. It is cool here. Says it is 75 outside, but I think it is a little cooler. It’s supposed to be in the 50’s tonight. It’s cloudy today. Tomorrow we’re supposed to go to the Petrified Forest National Park. I didn’t get to see it the last time I was here with Genie since my JEEP broke down. Bought my sticker for my book. I’ll need to get another one when we get to Farmington. In addition to this trip, Jack and I are having our “new home” in Green Valley inspected today. We didn’t go down for it as you can tell. We’re leaving it to Annie and Ryan. They are both reliable and I know they will do the right thing. So now we wait.

Nope, it wasn’t Shannon yet. I didn’t take the reflextics out of my side window for these two days. I’ll open up in New Mexico. It’s just too much work to do it for just 2 days and it makes it really cozy in here that way.
They have a little restaurant here believe it or not. It isn’t very busy so I don’t know how they stay open. Oh well, not my problem:

They just pulled out again. I guess they need a different site. IT’S SO BIG! $145K!!!!
They had to move for some reason. Shannon and I went to the Cowboy Dinner: She had a cheeseburger and I had Grilled Cheese. Nothing extraordinary but good. I did buy a couple of Ice Cream Sandwiches – oh well! They had this at the food area:
We’ll see a bunch of this tomorrow at the Petrified Forest National Park. Shannon and I will go in her truck and Rose & Kathy will be in their vehicle so we can go to Homolavi State Park and maybe Standing on the Corner in Winslow Arizona. There are only 4 of us here at the KOA.
