RV Life with DAISY! #1. Tuesday, October 26, 2021

Good morning road warriors!  Boy have I got some news for you!!!!  I think I mentioned a while back that I was rethinking the Mama Bear & Papa Bear set up.  I have decided it’s just a little too much for me to deal with at my “advanced” age!  SO I have been looking for campervans on RVTrader and have inquired about a few of them.  Not sure they were the right match due to their size but found a few Roadtreks that were available and a pretty good price.  Nothing came of the inquiries.  So I’m patient and not in any rush.  But lo and behold, out of the blue on the 20th, Judy Archie called me to pick my brain about how to sell DAISY!!!!!!!!  Long story short, I’m getting DAISY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It’s so perfect!  Every time a picture of Daisy comes up on my photo frame in the kitchen, I sort of longed for her.  I kept rationalizing that Mama was fine, everything was new, she was just right for me yada, yada, yada.  But I still missed Daisy.

Remember DAISY? (Ms. Days Ease)?  Here she is at my home in Benson at the time I put her on the market to buy Mama Bear & Papa Bear.  That was the beginning of the clean out!

So now I just finished cleaning out Mama Bear in anticipation of Daisy coming home from Wyoming.  Judy and I struck a deal and she is driving “Miss Daisy” from Wyoming to Benson the first part of November.  I put Mama on the market through FB Marketplace, RVTrader and Craigs List.  I can sit on her for a while, but I’m sure she’ll sell.  She looks amazing:

Clean as a whistle

It took me about 3 days to get her totally cleaned out. Stickers came off the slide out.

So I’m already to sell her now.  And speaking of sticker removal, I have other news:

MEET JACKSON MURPHY:

Jack Murphy

He helped me take off the stickers with his HEAT GUN. What a wonderful thing for him to do. I kept cleaning out Mama and he took off the stickers. Remember what they looked like?

AND he installed a dimmer switch on my dining room chandelier. We also did a few things together and traveled to Tombstone one day:
