Today is Tuesday, April 6, 2021. I have upgraded my WordPress to the latest version and it always causes fits when I do this and it takes a bit of time to get used to it. It also took a little time for it to settle in. Now I’m going to try to add a picture. Here goes:
I’m trying to get a picture of Susan with her two cocker spaniels. It shows that it is coming up, but then doesn’t emerge. So now I’m going to try to put the picture in the Media Library and see if it works that way. Well the picture with the two dogs didn’t work, but this one did. Susan is driving in from Santa Fe today to stay with me for a few days. I’ve got all kinds of projects for us to do. I especially want to hook up Mama Bear and get her weighed near Tucson. Plus I’ll practice again with Metaxa in the carrier. It will also show her how long it takes me to get going as opposed to the way it was for Daisy. Many more steps. She texted me this morning when she took off from Santa Fe and she should be here around 2PM. I’m excited to have her here, plus she is looking forward to being in Arizona which is always nice. We are going to try to plan a trip this summer.
I’ve got the computer and extra screen set up in the dining room so we can lay out our trip for the summer. Just got a text that she has a flat tire. Looking like she’ll be delayed. So at 8:45 AM she has one hour to wait for the Roadside Assistance and she’ll text me when she is back on the road. She is still stuck with the repair of the tire. I wonder if she had a spare? But now that I think of it, many cars (my Jeep) don’t have spares anymore. My truck does though and so does Mama Bear. I just ordered tire covers for Baby Bear and I’m hoping they will cover the other Mama Bear tire. I had to order 4 even though I only wanted 2.
