Hello Everyone,
So this is the 5th day of my retirement. I’ve done a LOT! I joined a gym at Eagle Lakes Park. It’s $25 a month and it includes all group classes. There are 2 yoga classes at 9:30 on Wednesday and Friday. That means I can go to my 8AM meeting at New Attitudes and then right down the road to that meeting at 9:30. I got beach stickers for both Ty and BB. I got a library card and found out about:

I can download movies, audio books, and music for FREE. I’m looking forward to working with the Audio Books. I haven’t had luck with that in the past. We’ll see.
I’ll continue later. I need to go to church and see about a new program to help with finances etc.
So the program at church wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. I think Michael will figure out Faithstreet instead. I’m going to go there and try it for this Sunday since I won’t be at church and after the conversation with Janny, it seems that it may be the best way to get the reports we need.
So yesterday after my church meeting, I drove by a nail place and did this:

Gym Membership
This has made me really happy. It is only $25 a month so I signed up for 1 month. It’s only $190 a year. We’ll see how it goes. So far so good and 2 Yoga classes are given for free. Otherwise they are only $7. Much better than the “Green Monkey” and much closer to me. I can go to the 8:00 meeting and then make it by 9:30 to the class. So this was meant to be!
Next, I got my hair cut and colored yesterday. I finally convinced Karen to let me go grey. She put in a rinse and some highlights that are greyish toned. Then she cut my hair short so that it wouldn’t get all messed up with the helmet. I’m going to blow dry it today for the first time. I have no idea what it will look like when I’m done. I may even go without blow drying in one day. That would be sweet if it looks good.
So last night I went to the Intergroup Meeting. I am now the Intergroup Rep for Morning Reflections. Not sure how I’ll handle that. Our Business meeting is the first Saturday of the month and this month, it was before the IG meeting. So next month it will be after it, so I guess I’ll report on the May meeting and not worry about this meeting. Still considering that. I think I’ll write up something and then use it each month after that for my report. I should do that now so that I don’t forget what happened.
I also need to print off another 100 tickets for the picnic. I gave all the packets I had out last night and Lisa wasn’t there so she didn’t get any. Plus I’ll need some for the door.
