Good Morning Everyone,
Today is Monday, September 25, 2023. Went to my meeting this morning – I chair on Mondays. It was a great meeting although it started out slow. Only 4 people at 8AM (5AM my time) when it started but got up to 20 after a bit. Wound up with 16 for most of the meeting – that is good!
We’re still enjoying our new, sweet kitty Zena. She is adorable and I think Metaxa is finally getting better with her. They seem to spend the night together because when I get up at 4AM they come out of the front room together and Taxi has let me sleep until 4 two days in a row. THAT IS REALLY SOMETHING. Let me get a picture of this sweet kitty:
She has really grown!
Oh and by the way, it is finally cooler here in Tucson. 62 this morning. YAY! It will be hot later today, but we can enjoy the cooler temperatures in the morning. Time to exercise. I’ll be back later with another picture of our sweet kitty.
So we have a new thing for Zena – she likes to sit in the bedroom window and look out while we enjoy our coffee outside in the mornings. She is SO ADORABLE:
Yesterday Zena decided to stake out my chair. Ain’t she cute………..
I swear. she grows more each day! She is almost as big as Metaxa – she’ll be BIG when she finishes growing. It’s so cute to watch her each day! What a little LOVE!!!!
Just received the itinerary of the Catalina Rally. Not much going on but just being in DAISEE2 with Metaxa is enough for me. We’re supposed to get some cooler weather and I’m looking forward to getting used to being in the new rig. They are staying until Monday because there will be a PIZZA party on Sunday night, but that is our 2nd Anniversary. WOW!
Look at Zena today in the window:
She grows more and more each day. Pretty soon she’ll be too big for the window sill. I’m looking at bed attachments for her. Too bad, I had 2 of them in Florida!!!!
So we found another little boy kitty at PACC:
He hasn’t been fixed yet so he’ll probably need to stay there for another week or so until that is done. He is about a month younger than Zena. Pray for us! He is beautiful but has a respiratory problem that is contagious so we’re passing on him now. Next one may be the charm. He was very cute though!
Now we’re looking at FIREBALL. Here is his picture.
He is in foster care so I’m hoping he isn’t suffering from some virus or anything. Waiting to hear back from the foster folks. He is pretty cute too! Finally heard that Fireball has been adopted. So on to the next. It will happen when it’s supposed to. All is well!
